Marianna has many years of experience in the international art market and in the supervision of projects for the management and development of important Italian and foreign art collections.
After two years of experience at Il Ponte Casa d'Aste in Milan, she was hired by Sotheby's London where she made a career in the Valuations and Collections Management department. Having become a manager at the age of 26, she had the opportunity to access the most prestigious historical collections in the United Kingdom, both private and public, and to work with great experts and leading personalities in the sector. After over 6 years in London, she decided to return to her beloved Italy and apply the developed expertise to Italian collctions, with which she kept working while abroad.

She obtained a Master of Science from Luigi Bocconi University of Milan, where she specialized in Art Market and Heritage Management with a thesis on the discipline of Collection Management in Anglo-Saxon museums. In 2019 she obtained a certificate in Medieval and Renaissance Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art.
In addition to Italian, Marianna is fluent in English and French.

Marianna looks back to a longstanding family tradition in the art world: her grandfather was a renowned antique dealer in Parma and her mother is an architect and art historian.
